De nieuwste update voor OnePlus Launcher (4.5.2) verwijst naar een aankomende SearchPlus-functie voor uniform zoeken in Indiase OxygenOS-builds. Lees verder om meer te weten!
Eerder deze maand lanceerde OnePlus een nieuwe App Switcher UI en snelzoekgebaar naar de voorraad ZuurstofOS launcher-app - OnePlus Launcher. De update (versie 4.4) heeft de app-previewkaarten in de app-switcher-UI kleiner en uniformer gemaakt, verplaatst de app-pictogrammen onderaan de kaarten en verving de menuknop met drie stippen door een gebaar van lang indrukken. Aan de andere kant introduceerde het snelzoekgebaar een gemakkelijke manier voor gebruikers om met één hand naar apps op hun apparaat te zoeken. Nu bereidt het bedrijf zich voor om een nieuwe uniforme zoekfunctie genaamd SearchPlus toe te voegen aan de OnePlus Launcher, exclusief op Indiase OxygenOS-builds.
Een APK-demontage kan vaak functies voorspellen die in een toekomstige update van een applicatie kunnen verschijnen, maar het is mogelijk dat een van de functies die we hier noemen mogelijk niet in een toekomstige release wordt opgenomen. Dit komt omdat deze functies momenteel niet zijn geïmplementeerd in de live build en op elk moment door de ontwikkelaars kunnen worden ingetrokken in een toekomstige build.
OnePlus is onlangs uitgerold OxygenOS Open Beta 5 voor de OnePlus 7T-serie. De bètabuild bevat OnePlus Launcher versie 4.5.2, met de volgende changelog:
Hoewel de changelog vermeldt dat de nieuwe SearchPlus-functie aan het opstartprogramma is toegevoegd, had geen van de Indiase OxygenOS-gebruikers die we vroegen toegang tot de functie op hun apparaten. Zoals u in de bovengenoemde code kunt zien, is SearchPlus in wezen een uniforme zoekfunctie waarmee gebruikers rechtstreeks vanaf het startscherm naar alles op hun apparaten kunnen zoeken. We verwachten dat de functie ongeveer hetzelfde zal werken als de Sesam app, wat betekent dat gebruikers vanuit een uniforme zoekbalk naar geïnstalleerde apps, contacten, instellingen, snelkoppelingen en meer kunnen zoeken. De code suggereert dat OnePlus gebruikers de mogelijkheid zal geven om hun zoekvoorkeuren aan te passen tijdens het instellen van de functie en de zoekgeschiedenis, locatietoegang, webresultaten, enz. in of uit te schakelen.
Gebruikers kunnen ook zoeken naar muziek, films, nieuws, enz. tussen OnePlus-apps en andere geïnstalleerde apps. Bovendien zal SearchPlus ook enkele tips geven om gebruikers te helpen het meeste uit de nieuwe functie te halen. Het is vermeldenswaard dat de functie ook de naam "OnePlus Scout" lijkt te dragen, maar we konden geen schakelaar vinden om deze in te schakelen in de opstartinstellingen. Vanaf nu is het niet duidelijk wanneer de functie live gaat op de OnePlus Launcher. We zullen dit bericht bijwerken zodra de functie beschikbaar komt voor gebruikers op het bètakanaal.
